Anfiteatro 2016 IGT Toscana – 95 pts

“A laser beam of black currant, blackberry, graphite and Mediterranean scrub infuses this racy red. Intense, yet refined and vibrant. Reveals a firm structure underneath as this glides to a long, fruit and mineral-inflected aftertaste.”

Bruno di Rocca 2016 IGT Toscana – 94 pts

“A taut, linear red, featuring blackberry, black currant, and Tuscan scrub aromas and flavors. Muscular and sleek at once, with densely woven flavors, texture and structure, and all the components in the right proportions. The sweet, ripe dark fruit is matched by iron and tobacco notes on the finish.”

Chianti Classico ‘Vigna Vecchia’ Gran Selezione 2016 DOCG – 93 pts

“Features aromas of freshly tilled earth, with cherry and currant fruit wrapped in a cloak of tannins. Iron, blood and tobacco accents add detail as this finishes, with burly tannins and an echo of sweet fruit.”
