Whether you have an hour or an afternoon, Montefili tastings are designed for discovery at your own pace — from an essential introduction to a full tour, or a picnic among the vines.

We welcome guests in Italian, English, and Spanish. Tours are hosted in Italian, English, Spanish and Polish.

Children join free of charge. Teens (aged 10–18) €10, payable on site. Pets are welcome. Montefili is as much a home as it is a vineyard.

Our tasting room and wine shop in the historic village of Panzano offers a quiet introduction to Montefili. Overlooking the famed Conca d’Oro, it is a place where village rhythm meets the elegance of wine

For directions, please enter “Vecchie Terre di Montefili” on Google Maps. Other navigators may misdirect due to local road naming.

From Florence

From the A1 motorway (Florence-Rome), exit at Firenze Impruneta, take the Palio highway (Florence-Siena), exit at San Casciano in Val di Pesa, continue to Mercatale and then merge onto the SP118 that leads to Panzano. The winery is located about 5 km from Panzano, along the road you will find the signs leading to Vecchie Terre di Montefili.

From ROME

From the A1 (Rome-Florence) motorway, exit at Valdichiana, continue along the Siena-Bettolle link road and then along the Siena-Florence motorway link road towards Florence. Exit at San Donato, continue to La Piazza and follow the signs for Panzano. Once in Panzano take the SP118 and follow the signs for Vecchie Terre di Montefili.

From Greve in Chianti

Follow the directions for Montefioralle, once you reach the village of Montefioralle continue on the main road. Arriving at the intersection indicating Panzano, turn left, continue for about 70 meters and you will find the winery on your left.
