For end consumers Vecchie Terre di Montefili means any natural person who operates on the site www.vecchieterredimontefili.com
Vecchie Terre di Montefili is aimed exclusively at end users who are consumers who are already 18 years old and in any case according to the law in force and the regulations on electronic commerce. Terms of Payment
The payment methods accepted by Vecchie Terre di Montefili are Credit Card, Prepaid Card, PayPal. Right of Withdrawal
Purchases on vecchieterredimontefili.com are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees the right of withdrawal.
Returned products must be intact, better if in original packaging: for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the User must follow this procedure:
1. Send an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:

- order date
- the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal
- bank details (IBAN code) for reimbursement
2. Wait for the return authorization e-mail from Vecchie Terre di Montefili
3. Within 15 days of receiving the return authorization email, send the products subject to withdrawal to the following address: Vecchie Terre di Montefili – Via S. Cresci 45 – 50022 Panzano – Greve in Chianti (FI).
The refund of the products subject to the right of withdrawal will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. This reimbursement does not include shipping costs, charged to the Customer, in accordance with article 5 of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999.
In general, even if not expressly written, the legal provisions regarding distance contracts apply. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
