A small production that has its roots in vines planted in 1995. The wine is obtained from a premium selection of Sangiovese grapes, from which a fresh wine is obtained, characterized by a good structure and a pleasant acidity.

Vinification:  Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Contact with the skins around 6-7 hours, fermentation at low temperature 14 °
Aging:  Only stainless steel tanks
Bottle Aging:  3 months
