Shop at Montefili
Whether it’s a day trip from Tuscany, a romantic countryside jaunt for two, an impromptu tasting on a whim, or a mission to discover Chianti Classico at its best, our shop overlooking our vineyards and valley is waiting to welcome you

Shop in Panzano
The historic village of Panzano in Chianti sits on a hilltop overlooking the famous Conca d’Oro basin. This vibrant village of meandering streets is full of friendly faces – from the artisanal shops of the local craftsmen to esteemed butcher and restaurateur Dario Cecchini, and – the newest entry overlooking the main square – Montefili’s store and tasting room.
We’re open:
Monday to Saturday: 10.30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. –48 p.m.
No reservations necessary – just swing by, pull up a chair, and experience a little piece of the Tuscan dream!

To reach us, please enter ‘Vecchie Terre di Montefili’ into Google Maps. Due to the road naming in our area, other navigators tend to misdirect visitors.
From Florence
From the A1 motorway (Florence-Rome), exit at Firenze Impruneta, take the Palio highway (Florence-Siena), exit at San Casciano in Val di Pesa, continue to Mercatale and then merge onto the SP118 that leads to Panzano. The winery is located about 5 km from Panzano, along the road you will find the signs leading to Vecchie Terre di Montefili.
From ROME
From the A1 (Rome-Florence) motorway, exit at Valdichiana, continue along the Siena-Bettolle link road and then along the Siena-Florence motorway link road towards Florence. Exit at San Donato, continue to La Piazza and follow the signs for Panzano. Once in Panzano take the SP118 and follow the signs for Vecchie Terre di Montefili.
FROM GREVE IN CHIANTI
Follow the directions for Montefioralle, once you reach the village of Montefioralle continue on the main road. Arriving at the intersection indicating Panzano, turn left, continue for about 70 meters and you will find the winery on your left.
