Purchase Procedure

Right of Withdrawal

Returned products must be intact, better if in original packaging: for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.

2. Wait for the return authorization e-mail from Vecchie Terre di Montefili
3. Within 15 days of receiving the return authorization email, send the products subject to withdrawal to the following address: Vecchie Terre di Montefili – Via S. Cresci 45 – 50022 Panzano – Greve in Chianti (FI).
The refund of the products subject to the right of withdrawal will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. This reimbursement does not include shipping costs, charged to the Customer, in accordance with article 5 of Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999.
In general, even if not expressly written, the legal provisions regarding distance contracts apply. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
